Description

The Champion family have been growing grapes in Chouilly since the mid 18th century. Today it is run by Francois and his two daughters Clemence and Carole. Until recently most of their grapes have been sold to the big Champagne houses but luckily they have now decided to make more under their own label.

Their Rose Carat is produced in very small quantities of no more than 4000 bottles a year and is only produced in years where harvest conditions are right. The wine is a blend of 90% white wine and 10% reserve red wine.
