Jean-Paul Deville is a family owned and run estate in Champagne, founded in 1969. They own most of their vineyards (around 20 hectares) but buy in a small amount of grapes from growers under contract. Their vineyards are situated throughout the Champagne region with some in the Cotes des Blancs (Chardonnay vines on limestone and chalk) whilst the Pinot Noir vines are on clay-limestone. It is very nice as an aperitif and although would be a great accompaniment throughout the meal. Goes perfectly with seafood, particularly Rock Oysters.
